This policy forms part of the AiSynth Terms of Use and sets out what you may not do with the studio at https://aisynth.cloud, operated by SOKERENA UAB. Because dispatched patches act on their own — reading feeds, calling providers, posting to connected services — the outputs they generate and the actions they take through connectors are your responsibility, just as if you had performed them yourself.
What you must not do
You may not use AiSynth to:
• carry out, plan, promote or facilitate any activity that is unlawful in the jurisdictions involved;
• generate or handle material that sexualises or exploits minors — such content is reported to the competent authorities without exception;
• encourage, plan or enable violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the infliction of serious physical or psychological harm;
• harass, stalk, dox or threaten identifiable individuals, or produce content promoting hatred or unlawful discrimination against protected groups;
• run fraud schemes, scams, social-engineering campaigns or phishing operations, or impersonate any real person, organisation or brand;
• produce deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive, defame or defraud, or intimate imagery of anyone without their explicit and informed consent;
• generate or distribute disinformation designed to mislead the public or to interfere with elections, referenda or other democratic processes;
• develop, obtain or use malware, exploits or offensive-security tooling, or direct agents to intrude on, scrape without permission, overload, disrupt or degrade any system, network or service;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited communications through connected channels such as Slack, Telegram, Resend, webhooks or generic HTTP endpoints;
• use provider keys, credentials, tokens or third-party accounts you are not lawfully authorised to use;
• infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual-property rights, or process other people's personal data in a way that breaches applicable data-protection law;
• circumvent the token metering, the reserve-and-release mechanism, rate limits, quotas or security controls of the studio, or share accounts, keys or bonus allocations to work around them;
• wire the outputs of agents directly into safety-critical, high-risk or life-critical systems — medical, industrial, transport, legal enforcement, financial gatekeeping and similar — without meaningful human review, adequate testing and any regulatory sign-off required for that domain.
Running patches responsibly
Grant each agent the minimum access its step actually needs, and no more. Inspect the outputs of a pass before you act on them, and treat any content generated or action performed by an agent as something to be verified — not as something you can rely on by default. Label AI-generated content where the law, a platform you are posting to, or basic honesty toward your audience calls for it. When your patch touches a third-party model or service, you also remain bound by that provider's terms.
Enforcement
Where a breach of this policy is credible or ongoing, we may remove content, disable connectors, revoke provider keys, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts — with or without prior notice depending on the severity — and we report serious cases to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to review platform activity in order to keep AiSynth working, safe and lawful, but we are under no general obligation to monitor what our users do.
Reporting abuse
If you come across something on AiSynth that appears to break this policy — whether inside the studio or produced by an AiSynth-powered patch elsewhere — please report it to [email protected].
