This agreement is entered into between you and SOKERENA UAB (registration code 308066941, Laisvės pr. 60, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania), the operator of the AiSynth studio at https://aisynth.cloud. In the text below, "AiSynth", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SOKERENA UAB. By opening the studio, dispatching a patch, or otherwise interacting with the service, you accept these Terms. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please close the tab and do not use AiSynth.
1. Who may sign up
Accounts are for adults only — you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher. Each individual or legal entity is entitled to one account, opened under accurate information.
2. Your account
Login credentials, personal API keys and any provider secrets you upload are yours to guard. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as authorised by you. If you notice anything you did not initiate — a strange sign-in, an unexpected pass on the ledger, a key you did not create — write to [email protected] right away.
3. What AiSynth does
AiSynth is a studio for arranging crews of AI agents into runnable patches. You place agents on the board, wire signal paths between their tasks, and dispatch the arrangement — once, on a schedule, on a webhook, or through the REST API. A single power-token balance meters everything a pass consumes. Each pass may call out to third-party AI providers and connected services chosen at the step level. The catalogue of available models, connectors and templates evolves; we may add, adjust, retire or restrict individual components of the studio at any time.
4. Your inputs and outputs
Anything you feed into the studio — prompts, files, configurations, connected data — remains yours. The licence you grant us is narrow and functional: only what is required for us to store, process and route your material through the models and services your patch calls on. Whatever a pass produces is likewise yours, to the extent any rights in it belong to us and provided you stay within these Terms. Two realities of generative AI apply: outputs can be inaccurate, unsafe or coincidentally similar to what others receive, and once an agent is dispatched it acts on its own. You are responsible for what your patches produce and for the effects of any actions they take on the services you connect. Review outputs before acting on them. We do not train our own models on your inputs or your outputs.
5. Provider keys and connected services
When a pass runs, its steps hand your inputs to the AI providers and third-party services that step engages — either ours by default, or the accounts you attach. You may bring your own keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and you may link connectors such as Slack, Telegram, RSS sources, Resend, webhooks and generic HTTP. Every linked account must be one you are legitimately entitled to use, and its provider's terms continue to apply — including any charges those providers bill you directly, which are separate from your AiSynth power-token balance. Provider secrets and connector credentials are held encrypted at rest and decrypted only inside the run engine at the moment a step needs them.
6. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms and applies whenever you use the studio. You must not use AiSynth for anything unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive or abusive to the platform itself. We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that break those rules.
7. Power tokens and payment
AiSynth is prepaid in power tokens. Purchases are one-off top-ups at the prices shown on the Pricing page — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Certain packs include additional bonus tokens; bonus tokens have no cash value. When a pass starts, the estimated cost is reserved from your balance; on settlement it is debited, and any unused portion is released back. If a pass fails, the whole reservation is released. Every reserve, debit, release and top-up is written to an append-only ledger showing the balance after the movement. Applicable VAT is added at checkout where required. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Refund conditions are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
The AiSynth software, interface, patch designs, documentation, brand and name belong to us or to our licensors. What you receive is a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the studio in accordance with these Terms — you may not copy the platform, resell access to it, or reverse-engineer it beyond what mandatory law explicitly permits.
9. Warranties and liability
AiSynth and everything it produces are provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranties beyond those that mandatory law requires us to give. Outputs are not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, engineering, or otherwise — and must not be relied on as such. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability toward you for any and all claims connected to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
You are free to close your account at any time from the studio settings. On our side, we may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where security or legal compliance requires it, or where continuing to serve you would expose the platform or other users to unacceptable risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where a change is material, we will bring it to your attention through the studio or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of AiSynth after an update means you accept the revised text.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts. Consumers retain the mandatory rights and forums available to them under the law of their country of residence. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and, in Lithuania, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt).
